Ariel and Prince Eric to Take on the Evil Queen?

Fans of Disney animated films don't need to be told that Prince Eric is the object of attraction for Ariel in "The Little Mermaid," the classic 1989 film, and its two follow-ups. Gil McKinney of "Friday Night Lights," "Supernatural" and "Elvis Has Left the Building" is going to play Prince Eric in the coming season of "Once Upon a Time."

The pair will first appear in the sixth episode of season three, entitled "Ariel." It should air some time in November. The show airs on ABC at 8 ET/7 CT, with the season premiere for Season Three scheduled for September 29, 2013.. "Check local listings."
